Short Term Temporary Classified Hiring Process:

You should have already met with your supervisor and had a brief orientation explaining to you of the temporary hiring process, your schedule and hourly pay rate, duties, and expectations. You should have also been given the documents with instructions required to get your fingerprints (live scan form) and TB Test. You cannot start working until these have been completed and the results have been received and cleared by Human Resources. Additionally, all temporary employees are required to be approved by the Governing Board. Your supervisor will notify HR to place your position on the board agenda. You are not required to attend this meeting. HR will notify your supervisor when your position has been approved by the Board and when you are cleared to begin working.
