The Graphics Department functions to meet the duplication and graphic needs of the entire college. These needs range from a quick one-page copy to several thousand copies of specially printed, folded, and trimmed departmental brochures or promotional mailers. Graphics also supplies many of the materials used in the administrative and day-to-day business operations of the college.
The professionally qualified Graphics Department staff operates three high-speed copiers, one color copier, and two large format (24 inch wide) printers. The bindery operations offered include machine collating, stapling, and folding, as well as manual padding, trimming, and punching. The department is staffed 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 7:00 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Fridays. For large or specialty print or design requests, please contact the department manager at (707) 864-7242.
Two self-service copiers are available for use in room 324A on the main campus (through the white double doors). The equipment is available for use by any faculty or staff member. This area also houses drop-off and pick-up areas for duplicated materials. Day-to-day materials are placed in the main room, while exams and other sensitive materials are placed in our secure exam room. During normal business hours, as well as after hours, entry to this area is possible with an access code to the hallway door. Contact the department manager at (707) 864-7242 for the code.
To submit documents for duplication, either drop them off in person, or email us at email@example.com. For exams, a 24-hour turnaround is standard on the main campus (off-campus is 48 hours), and class materials follow a three-day turnaround (off-campus requires four days). Please plan accordingly.
