Adult School Admission

Per a recent change in state regulations, students that wish to attend Solano College from an Adult School will now be eligible via the Special Admit process to receive an enrollment fee waiver. Adult School students who submit a Special Admit Form will have enrollment fees waived for up to 11 units in Fall/Spring and up to 5.99 units in Summer. Local fees, material fees and book costs still apply.

Please begin the Admissions/Registration process well in advance of your registration date. Approval of the school principal/counselor is required.

The College reserves the right to exclude or limit enrollment into impacted programs and other programs in which the health, safety, instructional methodology, facility constraints, or legal requirements are deemed inappropriate for special admission students.

The special admission student wishing to enroll should:

  1. Complete an Application for Admission.
  2. Complete an Adult School Special Admission Recommendation (available online or at the SCC Admissions and Records Office.) *Digital Signature How-To*
  3. Determine your registration date and time using the Registration Priorities/Schedule.
  4. Read all instructions for using MySolano prior to registering online.

Special Admission Students are expected to conform to the College’s academic rules and regulations and the code of conduct expected of all college students.
