STUDENT CODE OF CONDUCT COMPLAINT FORM

Any administrative official, faculty, staff, or student may file a complaint against any Solano Community College student for violation of the Student Code of Conduct. The individual(s) initiating the action must complete and submit a Student Code of Conduct Complaint Form. Submitted forms are automatically forwarded to the Vice President of Student Services/Student Conduct Officer. Upon receipt, you will be notified by the Vice President of Student Services Office as part of the student conduct process.
