Most classes at Solano Community College will be online this fall. Some online classes will have ‘meeting’ times, where students and faculty will log onto Zoom, a video platform, and communicate in real time. This may include lectures, discussions, or small group discussions. Other online classes have no set meeting days or times. These will show up on the class schedule as ‘TBA’ or ‘MTWRF’ with no times. For these classes, students will be able to complete assignments on their own time. All students should log onto the college’s learning platform, Canvas, to find their course syllabus with instructions for the first week of class. Students will find the link to Canvas on the college homepage, solano.edu, under ‘Quick Links’ right below the homepage video. Still have questions? Email your instructor. They are ready to help.
