CSUDH’s online Bachelor of Science in Quality Assurance (BSQA) program prepares students to advance their careers in quality assurance, process analysis, and process improvement. The program equips students to work in any profession/industry where their specialized skills promote organizational excellence, reduce waste, and improve existing processes.

Students can choose between two program options: a general focus on quality concepts -OR- a concentration in measurement science, which highlights metrology with an emphasis on various types of measurements and calibration procedures applied in laboratory environments.

Who Should Attend

The program is primarily intended for upper-division transfer students who have completed the majority of their lower-division general education courses and are ready to transfer to complete their bachelor’s degree.
