14th Amendment Equal Protection Clause & Recent Supreme Court UNC/Harvard Decision

We encourage colleagues and students to attend a thoughtful and informative presentation on the recent Supreme Court decision regarding the United States Constitution’s 14th Amendment and the use of Affirmative Action in higher education admissions.
