SOLANO COMMUNITY COLLEGE RELEASES ANTI-HATE VIDEO, PLEDGES TO CONTINUE TO BE A CAMPUS THAT ADVOCATES FOR SOCIAL JUSTICE

 

Fairfield, CA – On June 24th, 2021 Solano Community College released an Anti-Hate video pledging that the College will continue to be a place that advocates for social justice. In the video, Solano Community College faculty, staff, and student leaders pledge to fight against racism and hate, and stand together in solidarity as a diverse, inclusive community.

 

Superintendent-President Dr. Celia Esposito-Noy states that Solano Community College “commits to doing better, being bolder, and contributing to a climate where hate is unacceptable, and mindfulness and compassion are the norms.”
