Financial Aid Office
Dear Students,
Most documents will be completed through Proverifier+/DocuSign. However, Paper CCPG/BOG Fee Waiver Applications and additional documents can be submitted through Submittable. This can be found on your MySolano Student Portal > Financial Aid Tab. In order for your paperwork to be accepted, the following guidelines must be followed:
- All scanned documents must be legible and sent in PDF format with “only the form” no background images.
- Blue or black ink must be used on all forms as applicable.
- Ensure all the documents are filled out completely and no fields are left blank.
Please E-mail: financialaid@solano.edu if you have any questions. (For faster processing, please always add your SCCID# to the subject line of your email.)
We hope these changes will assist our students in the financial aid process during these challenging times
Sincerely,
Office of Financial Aid

For the 2020-21 academic year, the Solano Community College Financial Aid Office is excited to partner with ProVerify to implement DocuSign, an electronic signature service which enables users to securely send and receive documents, such as financial aid verification forms, for review and signature from any electronic device.

Plan ahead to apply for Financial Aid before registering for classes! Financial Aid is a process that starts with the FAFSA www.fafsa.ed.gov (or CADA https://dream.csac.ca.gov/ for AB-540 students). Your financial aid application must be electronically processed by the federal (or state) government before it is sent to Solano Community College which can take between 3-7 days. Solano Community College electronically evaluates your BOG fee waiver eligibility when your application is received in our system and notifies you through your MySolano email and Financial Aid tab under the appropriate aid year.- Summer 2020: Apply with 2019-2020 FAFSA (or CADAA) through June 30, 2020
