CBOC (Citizens Bond Oversight Committee)
The CBOC is required to meet at least once a year, including an
annual organizational meeting, but may not have regular meetings
more frequently than quarterly. The CBOC may set special meetings,
but only if a majority of the CBOC seats, whether filled or unfilled,
agree to setting a special meeting.
